Exploitation Plan

The exploitation plan explores marketing and distribution strategies for commercializing a product like Dicopro. It describes the positioning of the Dicopro product/service in the market, studies potential niche markets and distribution channels, and gives an overview of marketing activities events which would be suitable for this type of product/service. It also includes discussion of intellectual property rights issues and model contracts.
