New! Call for participation
At present, we are carrying out a study in collaboration with the Access for All Foundation in order to understand how multilingual websites are assessed for accessibility by web accessibility experts. To this purpose, we have designed an online questionnaire. We would be grateful to receive feedback from web accessibility evaluators or experts in the field, both users and non-users of screen readers or any other assistive technology. The questionnaire is anonymous and will be open for 6 weeks, until May, 28th 2013.Background and Research Interests
I am currently pursuing a Joint Doctoral Degree between the University of Salamanca (Spain) and the University of Geneva (Switzerland). My PhD aims at providing a new localization strategy based on the use of linguistic software to help improving the transfer of textual accessibility during the localization process. I am member of TIM/ISSCO Research Group since March 2010, initially as a research intern (March 2010-September 2010), and currently as a predoctoral researcher (since April 2011).
