Managing your files and folders

Introduction

Even though new technologies are making it increasingly easier to find a specific file or application on your computer, you should never the less have some degree of organization in your files. How you organize your files is your choice - each person has methods and structures that work best for them -  but, your files should have some sort of organization. How you name and organize your files and folders is also important since each file/folder is uniquely identified by its name and its location on your computer.
